Scott Schuler

President

 

Scott brings plenty of experience in the scientific instrument business to the company. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Scott joined an investor group that acquired the William Ainsworth Co. In 1976, the William Ainsworth Co. was renamed Denver Instrument Company. Scott served as president and CEO of Denver Instrument until 2007.  Schuler Scientific was founded in 2009, and continues to provide and support innovative scientific instruments under the Schuler Scientific brand, as well on a private label basis for a number of leading distributors in North America. 

 

Melanie Klammrodt

Vice President of Sales

 

Formerly part of the Denver Instrument balance team, Melanie holds a BSc degree in Biochemistry along with 15 years of experience in balance industry. She joined the Schuler Scientific team in 2015 as the Canadian Sales Manager. In 2016, she was appointed the position of Vice President of Sales. She is located at the company’s office in Chicago, IL. 

Elizabeth De Pourbaix

Chief Techology Officer

 

Elizabeth de Pourbaix graduated from Warsaw University of Technology with degrees in electrical engineering and metrology. After moving to the US, Elizabeth joined the engineering department at Denver Instrument Company, where she served as engineering manager, leading the design and development of innovative new instruments, focused on analytical weighing and electrochemical analysis. Eventually, she served as Vice President and General Manager, where she developed manufacturing techniques and revitalized the company’s mass standards business through the successful accreditation to NVLAP standards.

At Schuler Scientific, Elizabeth continues to provide the company’s technical leadership, as she is involved in all aspects of hardware and software development, working closely with supply partners, worldwide.

Lynsey Capra

Product Manager

 

Lynsey Capra has served as the Schuler Scientific Product Manager since July 2016.  She is responsible for overseeing the entire Schuler Scientific and business partners product portfolios.  Lynsey is tasked with technical and customer support, business development, and technical writing.  

Lynsey holds a B.S. (Mechanical Engineering) and M.S. (Bioengineering) from the University of Denver. 

Robert Watson

Logistics Manager

 

Robert Watson is a Colorado native and has served as the Logistics Manager since 2015. He is responsible for quality control and shipping/receiving.
